First Lady Oluremi Tinubu Promotes Nigeria's Tourism in Qatar

First Lady Oluremi Tinubu presented Nigeria's tourism potential to the Qatari government during an audience with Ambassador Yousef bin Hassan Al Hail at the State House in Abuja. She stressed the importance of exploring the tourism industry as a significant source of revenue, noting that Nigeria has not fully optimized its tourism sector.

Tinubu highlighted the challenges faced by the nation but affirmed that under President Bola Tinubu's leadership, Nigeria will thrive again. She thanked Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development, for her support and partnership.

The ambassador acknowledged the beauty of Nigeria, countering negative perceptions propagated by social media, and expressed a desire to build bridges between the two countries for mutual benefit. He later presented a letter from Sheikha Moza bint Nasser to the First Lady.
