First Lady Oluremi Tinubu Empowers 800 Women in Kogi

On Saturday, during her visit to Kogi State, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu empowered 800 women through the launch of the Treasury House and a primary healthcare center in Lokoja. She described these projects as significant investments aimed at improving public service delivery and enhancing residents' welfare.

Tinubu commended Kogi State Governor Ahmadu Usman Ododo for prioritizing healthcare and infrastructure, which are essential for national development. She urged the beneficiaries to utilize the support to expand their businesses and improve their livelihoods, contributing to community development.

The initiatives are part of the Renew Hope Initiative, designed to complement government efforts in social intervention programs targeting women, youth, children, and persons living with disabilities. Governor Ododo expressed gratitude for the First Lady's visit and support for his administration under President Bola Tinubu.
