First Lady Oluremi Tinubu Urges Hope in Transformation Policies

First Lady Oluremi Tinubu addressed Nigerians at the State House in Abuja, encouraging them to sustain hope in the transformation policies of President Bola Tinubu's administration. She highlighted the government's focus on rebuilding and strengthening the economy through necessary reforms, including the removal of fuel subsidies.

Oluremi Tinubu acknowledged the hardships these reforms may impose but expressed confidence in their long-term benefits for future generations. She urged young Nigerians to take advantage of available opportunities within government ministries and agencies.

The First Lady also introduced the Renew Hope Initiative (RHI), which aims to tackle health challenges such as tuberculosis, breast cancer, and malnutrition, with significant funding allocated for these programs. Additionally, she unveiled plans to expand the national food bank to support vulnerable families and combat child malnutrition across the country.

The initiative is designed to ensure that no child goes hungry and to provide essential nutritional support to pregnant women and nursing mothers.
