FirstBank Hosts SMEConnect Webinar on Sales Strategies

FirstBank, recognized as West Africa’s premier financial institution, has organized the SMEConnect Webinar scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2026. This initiative aligns with FirstBank’s brand promise of “You First” and aims to empower Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) through capacity-building.

The webinar's theme is “The SME Growth Blueprint: Practical Sales Strategies to Win Customers and Boost Revenue.” Participants will gain insights into enhancing brand visibility, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and customer loyalty. Notable speakers include Helen Mojisola Ijaola, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bags Warehouse; Onome Gbenga-Adewara, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mamalicious Products Nigeria; and Olusola Ogunsakin, Group Head of Retail Banking Group at FirstBank.

The session will be hosted by Helen A. Willie, Head of SME Banking at FirstBank, with Olajumoke Moyo-Ladipo moderating.
