Detained Officers Fall Ill Over Alleged Coup Plot Against Tinubu

Five military officers detained over an alleged coup plot against President Bola Tinubu have fallen ill in custody, raising questions about their well-being and treatment. The officers were initially held at the Defence Intelligence Agency headquarters in Abuja before being moved to a secret military detention facility.

Family members of the detained officers are demanding information and access to their loved ones, who have reportedly been denied basic necessities and legal representation. The arrests are part of an investigation led by Chief of Defence Intelligence Lt.
