Former Aviation Minister Stella Oduah Arraigned Over ₦2.4 Billion Fraud

Stella Oduah, along with Gloria Odita, was charged in a Federal High Court in Abuja for allegedly conspiring to defraud the Federal Ministry of Aviation and other companies of over ₦2.4 billion. The charges include obtaining funds through false pretenses, misappropriation of funds, and breach of trust.

Oduah pleaded not guilty to the five counts brought against her. The court granted her bail on self-recognition and set a trial date for February 2026.

Legal representatives from both sides were present during the arraignment.
