Dambazau Resumes as Nigeria's Ambassador to China

Abdulrahman Dambazau, the former Chief of Army Staff of Nigeria, has officially resumed his position as Nigeria's ambassador to China. He participated in the Fourth Forum on Development of Countries in International Law, which took place over two days and was jointly organized by the Chinese Society of International Law, the Institute of International Law at Wuhan University, and the Asian Academy of International Law in Hong Kong.

The forum gathered diplomats, policymakers, legal experts, and academics to discuss contemporary challenges facing international law and global governance. During the conference, Dambazau reaffirmed Nigeria's commitment to multilateral cooperation and a rule-based international order.

He emphasized the importance of constructive international engagement, mutual respect, and sustainable development. His participation aligns with Nigeria's foreign policy objectives to strengthen partnerships and promote the interests of developing countries while advancing a balanced global order.
