Goje Denies Defection Rumors, Affirms APC Commitment

Former Governor of Gombe State, Mohammad Danjuma Goje, has publicly addressed rumors regarding his potential defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Goje clarified that the membership card purportedly linking him to the ADC, which circulated online, is not authentic and is a product of misinformation aimed at damaging his reputation.

He emphasized his pride in being a founding member of the APC and his commitment to promoting its ideals throughout Gombe State and the country. Goje also expressed his admiration for President Bola Tinubu, referring to him as the "father of the country" and a national leader of the APC.

He reassured supporters that he would continue to work diligently for Gombe State in the upcoming elections and would not consider leaving the APC.
