Nakudu Resigns from APC, Eyes ADC Membership Soon

Sabo Moham Nakudu, a former governorship aspirant for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Jigawa State, has officially resigned from the party. His resignation letter was addressed to party officials in Sundimina Ward, Birnin Kudu Local Government Area, and it takes immediate effect from April 3, 2026.

In his letter, Nakudu expressed gratitude for the opportunities afforded to him during his time with the APC and acknowledged the support he received from party stakeholders throughout his political journey. He has previously served in the Federal House of Representatives for two tenures from 2007 to 2011 and from 2011 to 2015, representing the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Nakudu also served as a senator in the Federal Republic of Nigeria from 2015 to 2019 under the APC. Although he has not disclosed his next political move, it is anticipated that he may join the African Democratic Congress (ADC), with an announcement expected soon.
