Former Kano Governor Kabiru Gaya Resigns from APC

Kabiru Gaya, the former Governor of Kano State, has officially resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC). His resignation was communicated through a letter sent to the party's ward chairman in the Arewa Local Government Area of Kano State.

Gaya, who served as a member and leader of the APC for several years, representing Kano South in the Senate from 2015 to 2023, explained that his decision to leave the party was based on a belief that he was not being represented by the right people.
