Bridg Leadership Foundation Celebrates 15 Years of Impact

The Bridg Leadership Foundation marked its 15th anniversary on a Saturday at the University of Calabar, with Governor Bassei Otu commending the foundation's impact on youth transformation in Cross River State. He praised the foundation's founder, former Governor Liyel Imoke, for his vision that has transformed 200,000 young people through leadership development and mentorship programs.

The anniversary featured a conference themed "Power of Purpose: Persisting Youth Leading Change for the Next 15 Years," where Otu emphasized the need for character, discipline, and innovation in leadership. He urged young Nigerians to embrace financial discipline and digital literacy to remain relevant in a technology-driven world.

The foundation, established in 2011, has organized numerous programs that have transformed lives, including training and mentorship initiatives. Alumni shared their success stories, highlighting the foundation's role in their career development.

The event also featured a keynote address by media entrepreneur Chude Jideonwo, who encouraged youth to embrace innovation and creativity in their career paths.
