Aig Imoukhued Foundation Opens Applications for Leaders Program

The Aig Imoukhued Foundation has announced the opening of applications for the sixth cohort of its Aig Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP), a six-month executive education initiative designed to empower high-potential public sector leaders across Africa. Applications are open to qualified public servants from English-speaking African countries and will close on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

The program is set to commence in October 2026. Since its inception in 2021, AIG PLP has built a formidable reputation, with alumni implementing 230 reform projects across various ministries and agencies in Africa.

An impact survey indicated that 62 alumni have earned promotions and expanded their leadership roles post-training. The program, which blends online sessions with intensive residential modules, is offered at no cost to selected participants, with the foundation covering accommodation and meals during the residential week.

Participants will gain direct access to world-class faculty from the University of Oxford and will work on capstone reform projects to apply their new skills to real-world challenges.
