Bayu Fidiyanto Appointed Executive Chef at Fraser Suites

The management of Royal Pacific Group Limited, operating as Fraser Suites Abuja, has appointed Mr. Bayu Fidiyanto as the new Executive Chef.

This announcement was made by Haroun Harry Audu, the Director of Corporate Services. Chef Bayu, an Indonesian-born culinary expert, has a rich global background in hospitality, having worked with renowned brands such as Hilton, Atlantis, Waldorf Astoria, Fairmont, InterContinental, Jumeirah, Accor, and Marriott.

His career includes significant roles like Head Chef at Zengo Restaurant in Dubai and Executive Sous Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah. In his new position, Chef Bayu will lead the culinary vision and operations at Fraser Suites Abuja, focusing on menu development, kitchen management, food safety, cost control, and training the culinary team.

While he specializes in Asian cuisine, he is adept at creating a variety of global dishes. His leadership style emphasizes humility, teamwork, and continuous learning, with a commitment to mentoring upcoming culinary talent.
