Super Falcons Triumph Over Senegal 3-0 in Friendly Match

The Super Falcons of Nigeria achieved a commanding 3-0 victory against Senegal in a friendly match held at Remo Star Stadium. This match marked their second encounter, following a 2-1 win against the same team in their first friendly.

The Falcons struggled initially, failing to convert several chances in the first half. Washington Spirit forward Toni Payne and captain Rasheedat Ajibade both had opportunities, but it was Joi Omewa who opened the scoring in the 32nd minute.

Ajibade then extended Nigeria's lead with a goal in the 55th minute. The team made double substitutions in the 63rd minute, bringing on Asisat Oshoala and Folashad Ijamilusi for Rinsola Babajide and Omewa.

Ajibade scored the third goal in the 66th minute, sealing a dominant performance. Despite creating additional chances, the Super Falcons could not add to their score.
