FRSC Launches Leadership Training for 305 Senior Officers

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) commenced a strategic leadership training program on Tuesday, aimed at enhancing the operational leadership capabilities of 305 senior officers. The program, which is part of ongoing reforms within the FRSC, is designed to strengthen service delivery and improve operational coordination.

It began at the ICT training hall of the FRSC headquarters in Abuja and will last for one week. The training focuses on reinforcing ethical standards and fostering a mentorship culture among senior officers responsible for implementing policies and managing field operations nationwide.

The Deputy Corps Marshal in charge of training, Abiodun Akinlade, delivered the keynote address on behalf of the Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed. The program is a key component of the broader institutional transformation agenda aimed at adapting leadership to contemporary traffic management challenges and increasing public engagement skills among officers in strategic leadership positions.
