River State Governor Fubara Appoints New Chief Press Secretary Amid Cabinet Changes

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of River State has appointed Onwuka Nzeshi as the new Chief Press Secretary, relieving Nelson Chukwudi of his duties. The State Executive Council has been dissolved, and a new list of commissioners is expected following an agreement with Nyesom Wike.

The move comes after a peace deal brokered by President Bola Tinubu. Fubara has directed the Commission to hand over to the Permanent Secretary with immediate effect.
