Fubara Reaffirms APC Loyalty During Health Facility Tour

On Wednesday, Fubara conducted an inspection tour of newly constructed healthcare facilities, including a fully remodeled neuropsychiatric hospital in Rumuigbo, Obiakpor Local Government Area, River State. During the visit, he denied rumors of defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and reaffirmed his loyalty to the party.

Fubara, accompanied by Dr. Vincent Wachukwu, Director of Medical Services at the River State Ministry of Health, expressed satisfaction with the completion of the projects, which aim to address critical health needs in the state.

He highlighted the necessity of rehabilitating the psychiatric hospital, noting that the area lacked general hospital care and basic health services. Fubara recalled that the project was initiated due to the urgent need for mental health services, as the nearest medical center, the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, was too far for residents.

He stated that the projects are now 100% complete and will significantly impact the lives of the people in the community.
