FUPRE Launches Supplementary Post-UTME for 2026/2027

The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, has commenced registration for its supplementary Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. Dr E.
Jane Omoyine, the Registrar, announced this in a statement on Monday in Warri. The supplementary screening is aimed at candidates who missed the initial screening held from July 21 to 25, 2026, and those wishing to change their institution to FUPRE.
Registration will close on August 23, 2026, with the supplementary screening scheduled for August 24 and 25, 2026. Candidates must have scored at least 160 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, selected FUPRE as their first choice or completed the change of institution process, and possess five relevant O’Level credit passes, including English and Mathematics.
The university clarified that those who participated in the initial screening are not required to register for the supplementary exercise. FUPRE was established in 2007 and offers 32 undergraduate programs across five colleges.
