Georgina Onuoha Demands Arrest of Bless CEO Over Fraud

Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha has demanded the arrest of Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Bless CEO, following allegations that Okoro received ₦13 million based on false claims of having breast cancer. In a lengthy Instagram post, Onuoha described Okoro's behavior as troubling and unacceptable, emphasizing that soliciting donations under false pretenses constitutes serious fraud.

Okoro had admitted to the public that she did not start chemotherapy and was awaiting further tests to determine the exact stage of her condition, which fueled confusion and backlash. Onuoha expressed that Okoro's actions exploit the emotions of people and undermine public trust, harming genuine patients battling life-threatening illnesses.

She urged the Nigerian police and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to take the matter seriously, highlighting the need for accountability in such cases.
