AMCON Accused of Violating Court Orders in GHL Appointment Dispute

General Hydrocarbon Ltd (GHL) accuses AMCON of violating court orders by appointing Oluseyi Akinwunmi as receiver manager, despite a court order restraining such actions issued by Justice Lewis Allagoa. GHL insists that it does not have any non-performing loans with First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) and is determined to seek redress for the wrongful appointment.

The court had issued an interim injunction restraining AMCON from taking any action against GHL's assets. However, AMCON proceeded with the appointment, leading to a legal dispute between the parties.
