Gidi Company Launches Sangotedo's Tallest Building

Gidi Company unveiled Gidi Mall 2.0 on Thursday, marking it as the tallest commercial building in Sangotedo, located within the Eti Osa axis of Lagos. This development reflects the rise in residential and commercial activity across one of Lagos's fastest-growing urban corridors, driven by population growth, infrastructure expansion, and increased investment inflow.

Gidi Mall 2.0 is designed to accommodate retail outlets, corporate offices, restaurants, and lifestyle brands, all within a single integrated structure. Tobi Akerel, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gidi Company, stated that the project represents a shift towards a future-focused commercial infrastructure rather than conventional retail development.

The design aims to create a commercial destination that combines scale and functionality while aligning with Lagos's urban growth dynamics. The project is expected to attract investors, realtors, and business owners, contributing to broader commercial expansion in the Eti Osa corridor.
