GOC Babalola Urges Students to Make Responsible Choices

During the 2025/2026 Valedictory Service and Prize-Giving Ceremony at TA Lagbaja Cantonment, Ikeja, Major General Adebayo Abdulrahman Babalola, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 81 Division of the Nigerian Army, encouraged graduating students of Command Day Secondary School to make responsible decisions that will positively influence their futures and contribute to national development.
