Daddy Freeze: Wealth Not Linked to Worshiping God

During an Instagram Live video on Wednesday night, Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze expressed his views on wealth and religion, stating that people do not need to serve or worship God to become rich. His comments were a reaction to TikToker Peller's remarks made at Pastor Tobi Adegboyega’s church in the UK, where Peller claimed that despite others praying at night, he was blessed by God while sleeping at home.

Daddy Freeze challenged the notion that wealth is tied to religious devotion, questioning why many committed Christians remain among the poorest. He stated, “God doesn’t give people money,” arguing that if divine intervention were a factor, the world's richest individuals would be born-again Christians.

He emphasized that money is a result of creating value and asserted that one could be wealthy without acknowledging God's existence.
