Gombe APC Aspirant Rejects House of Reps Primaries Results

Attajiri, an aspirant from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe, publicly rejected the results of the House of Representatives primaries, describing the announcement as shocking and unacceptable. He insisted that the elections conducted across Balanga and Billiri Local Government Areas lacked validity, citing overwhelming evidence from videos, photographs, and eyewitness accounts that indicated no legitimate electoral process took place.

Attajiri characterized the declared results as an insult to democratic rights and warned that allowing such injustices to persist would destroy the confidence and credibility that the APC has built over the years. He appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC National Chairman Prof. Nentaw Yilwatda for urgent intervention to restore hope and justice within the party.

Attajiri emphasized that the current situation could embolden impunity and weaken the faith of ordinary party members in fair processes and equal opportunities.
