Google Commits N3 Billion to Train Nigerians for Digital Jobs in AI and Cybersecurity

Google's investment of N3 billion in Nigeria aims to train individuals for digital job opportunities, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI) and online safety. Led by Olumide Balogun, Google's initiatives align with Nigeria's digital innovation objectives and the creation of one million digital jobs.

The funding will support skill development and cybersecurity measures, with partnerships with organizations like Fate Foundation and African Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS). Additional programs by African Technology Forum (ATF) and Junior Achievement (JA) Africa will enhance AI expertise and youth digital safety.
