Yobe State's YODMA Achieves 74% Health Facility Coverage Boost with Governor's Support

The Yobe State Drug and Medical Consumables Management Agency (YODMA) Executive Secretary, Abdul Aziz Garba Moham, credits Governor Buni's support for the agency's progress in expanding health facility coverage from 34% in 2021 to 74% by the third quarter of 2025. YODMA's achievements include upgrading the central medical store in Damaturu, establishing three new zonal warehouses, and enhancing stock availability and management efficiency.

The agency's efforts have led to a significant drop in stockout rates and improved access to essential drugs and medical consumables across the state.
