Gov’ship Aspirant, Osude Urges Nasarawa Citizens to Participate in Nationwide CVR

Sadiq Osude, a gubernatorial aspirant in Nasarawa state, has urged eligible citizens to actively participate in the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise that began on August 18th. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced the nationwide CVR would commence on August 28, 2025.

Osude emphasized the importance of registering to vote, stating that it is a crucial step towards securing the future. He called on residents across the 13 local government areas to register, highlighting that every single registration counts in shaping the destiny of Nasarawa.

Osude stressed the significance of keeping the Permanent Voter Card (PVC) safe to prevent damage or loss, as it is essential for participating in elections. He urged citizens to fulfill their civic duty by registering and ensuring their names are correctly listed in the voter register.
