Deputy Speaker Kalu Earns Doctorate in Law from UNICAL

Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, has been congratulated by the grassroots mobilization group, RHP, for attaining a Doctorate in Law (Ph.D.) from the prestigious University of Calabar.
