They defended his recent remarks concerning the crisis within the African Democratic Congress (ADC), asserting that his comments were a legitimate political tactic.

The statement, issued by Gideon Unazi, emphasized that Gbajabiamila's comments were bold and unapologetic, reflecting his commitment to the APC. The group argued that his remarks should be understood within the context of competitive politics, where parties seek to outmaneuver rivals ahead of elections.

They condemned criticisms from Bode George of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), describing them as predictable and lacking political honesty.
