Gunmen Kill Three in Kano Community Midnight Attack

On Monday night, gunmen invaded a community in Tsanyawa Local Government Area of Kano State, resulting in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to several others. The attack caused widespread panic, forcing residents to flee their homes as the assailants fired indiscriminately.

Sani Bala, a member of the House of Representatives for the Ghari Tsanyawa Federal Constituency, confirmed the incident in a statement shared online, revealing that three bodies were recovered following the attack. He expressed deep concern regarding the deteriorating security situation in the constituency and called for necessary actions to ensure the safety of residents.

The attack left the village of Saifullahi Sorodaya abandoned, with residents reporting that the gunmen continued to fire without restraint. Local residents have appealed to security agencies to intensify surveillance and deploy additional personnel to prevent further attacks.
