Hart's upbringing, influenced by his father, Sir Ladi Ucheonwu, a respected educationist and church leader, has shaped his values and commitment to public service. He holds degrees from Loughborough University, Delta State University, and the Rome Business School, alongside certifications in engineering safety and project management.
