Heirs Holdings Launches Graduate Trainee Programme Applications

Heirs Holdings, a pan-African investment company founded by Tony O. Elumelu, has opened applications for the second cohort of its Heirs Academy Graduate Trainee Programme.

This initiative targets young professionals seeking to build careers in various sectors across Africa. Eligible candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field from a recognized university, with at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) classification.

Additionally, applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme, have no more than two years of post-NYSC work experience, and be 27 years old or younger at the time of application. The application deadline is set for September 4, 2026.

Eluemuno Olumagin, Group Director of Human Resources at Heirs Holdings, stated that the programme represents a long-term investment in Africa's future workforce. The success of the inaugural cohort, which saw 54 trainees complete six months of structured learning, has been cited as evidence of the programme's effectiveness.
