Heirs Insurance Group Allocates N11.5M for Essay Contest

Heirs Insurance Group has announced a prize pool of N11.5 million for its annual essay competition targeting junior secondary school students across Nigeria. This initiative aims to enhance insurance financial literacy among the youth.

The competition, now in its fifth edition, invites students to submit original essays of no more than 500 words on the topic "Power of Insurance to Create a Safer and Secure Society." The submission period runs from May 27 to July 8, 2026, via the official portal www.heirsinsurancegroup.com. Winners will receive various scholarships and educational grants, with the overall winner receiving a N5 million scholarship and a N1 million educational grant for their school.

The second and third place winners will receive N3 million and N1 million scholarships, respectively. This initiative underscores Heirs Insurance Group's commitment to instilling insurance awareness at an early stage in education.
