Atiku's Aide Critiques Shehu Sani on ADC Court Ruling

Paul Ibe, the media aide to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, criticized former Senator Shehu Sani's comments following a Federal High Court judgment that affirmed the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) under David Mark. Ibe's remarks came in response to Sani's assertion that the court's ruling favored Mark against Nafiu and that the judiciary would be the last hope for the common man.

Ibe rejected Sani's position, stating that the judiciary's role should not be to uphold Tinubu's electoral victory. The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed a suit filed by Leke Abejide challenging the ADC's leadership structure, ruling that the case lacked merit and was not justiciable concerning the internal affairs of the political party.

The court upheld the preliminary objections filed by the ADC, affirming the leadership of David Mark, the former Senate President, and dismissing the claims made by Abejide.
