Group Urges Nigerian National Assembly to Hold Executive Accountable for Loans and Budget Implementation

The Civic Alliance for Fiscal Transparency (CAFT) has called on the Nigerian National Assembly to ensure accountability for newly approved foreign loans and the delayed implementation of the 2025 capital budget. CAFT President Ayodel Olaposi criticized the government for dragging its feet on budget implementation, leading to economic harm and eroding public confidence.
