SROL's Outreach Enhances Healthcare for Osun Residents

The fourth Annual Community Medical Outreach by Segilola Resources Operating Limited (SROL) took place on August 7 and 8, 2026, benefiting over 2,700 residents from Imogbara, Odo-Ijesha, and Iperindo. This outreach marked a significant advancement in SROL's SegunCare program, which provides long-term healthcare support.

The event included 2,762 medical consultations, 81 scheduled surgeries, 1,860 laboratory investigations, and various health screenings. Additionally, mental health support was expanded, identifying seven chronic mental health issues and offering rehabilitation and counseling services.

The outreach also enrolled 50 new residents into SegunCare for ongoing management of chronic illnesses. Dr.

Princewill Osuchukwu, Medical Services Manager at SROL, emphasized the importance of integrating mental health support into community healthcare, recognizing that long-term wellbeing requires addressing both physical and mental health needs.
