Over 200 Ibadan Residents Benefit from Free Health Outreach

More than 200 residents of Ibadan, Oyo State, received free medical treatment for various ailments during a health outreach organized by Deway Natural Healthcare Services in collaboration with IRI FM over the weekend. This monthly health mission aims to enhance access to basic healthcare services, particularly for vulnerable individuals facing rising healthcare costs.

Participants of all ages received health assessments, medical consultations, and treatment at discounted rates. Toyin Grace, Managing Director of Deway Natural Healthcare Services, emphasized the importance of prioritizing health and making regular health checks a necessity.

She noted that many individuals plan financially for other necessities but often neglect their health, which can lead to severe medical conditions requiring expensive care. The outreach has attracted significant participation, with over 100 attendees on average per session, and has expanded beyond Ibadan to Akure and Abeokuta.

Grace urged Nigerians to recognize their health status to take appropriate preventive measures.
