Nigeria Customs Service Releases 2024/2025 Recruitment List

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has released the final list of successful candidates for its 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, as announced by the Comptroller-General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, during a press briefing in Abuja. A total of 3,852 applicants were selected from 573,680 applications, marking this recruitment as one of the most competitive in the Service’s history.

Candidates can verify their success by visiting the official NCS website and checking the published list. Successful candidates will receive further instructions via their registered email addresses and SMS notifications.

They are required to upload a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness from a government-recognized hospital by August 5, 2026, and update their current state of residence on the portal. After completing these steps, candidates must formally accept their provisional appointment.

The NCS selected candidates across three entry cadres: 1,275 in the Superintendent Cadre, 367 in the Inspectorate Cadre, and 2,210 in the Customs Assistant Cadre, resulting in an overall success rate of 0.67 percent.
