Nigeria Customs Service Announces Recruitment Screening Dates

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced the commencement of physical screening and documentation for candidates who successfully passed its ongoing recruitment exercise. This exercise will take place at the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College (NCCSC) located in Gwagwalada, Abuja.

Deputy Comptroller of Customs Abdullahi Maiwada, the National Public Relations Officer, stated that all shortlisted candidates must attend the compulsory exercise on the dates assigned to their respective states and cadres. Candidates are required to bring original and photocopies of their National Identification Number (NIN), Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, and relevant educational qualifications, including O’Level, National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), Degree certificates, and other applicable qualifications.

Additional required documents include a Certificate of State of Origin, two recent passport photographs, a duly completed Guarantor’s Form, and an NYSC Certificate where applicable. Candidates must dress in white T-shirts, shorts, and canvas shoes.

Attendance is mandatory, and failure to appear as scheduled may lead to disqualification from the recruitment process. Successful candidates will receive further instructions from the NCS regarding subsequent stages.
