ASCON and CIPM Host 2026 HR Conference in Badagry

The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) has partnered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) to drive workforce development through the 2026 annual general conference. This event will take place over three days, beginning on March 25, at ASCON's Topo Badagry campus.

It aims to gather HR leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to deliberate on emerging workplace trends and strategies for transforming people management in the public sector. Funk Femi Adepoju, ASCON's Director General, described the conference as a milestone that strengthens the collaboration between ASCON and CIPM.

He emphasized the commitment to support the CIPM as a professional body and to customize executive programs aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities. The conference will provide a platform for stakeholders to share knowledge and co-create solutions for a results-driven workforce, highlighting ASCON's infrastructure, including modern lecture theatres and technology-driven learning environments.
