CIPM Lagos State Holds Successful 23rd Annual Conference

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM) Lagos State branch conducted its 23rd annual conference on Wednesday, themed "People Perform Profit: Redefining Human Resource Equations," at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria in Badagry. The conference drew a large number of human resource practitioners, exceeding initial arrangements of 300 participants with a total attendance of 400 delegates, marking a historic turnout for the Lagos State branch.

The event was presided over by Ahm Gobir, the Chairman of the Governing Council of CIPM, who welcomed participants and highlighted the institute's role in redefining human resource practices across organizations. Adenik Adeyelu, the Chairman of the CIPM Lagos State branch, described the turnout as unprecedented and emphasized the need for continuous investment in human capital development.

The conference featured panel discussions and interactive sessions aimed at improving organizational performance through effective human resource management.
