Artnovation and Hybrid Motors Launch Art and EV Project

Artnovation and Hybrid Motors Nigeria Limited are set to unveil “The Bridge of Motion,” an artistic project that merges art, electric vehicles, renewable energy, and sustainable development, on September 16, 2026, at Fondazione Luciana Matalon in Milan. This installation is the 17th in Artnovation’s Thread of Continents series, curated by Foluke Michael, who emphasized the project’s role in advancing the cultural relationship between Africa and Europe.

The initiative aims to explore mobility and innovation while addressing the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Jubril Arogundade, founder of Hybrid Motors, stated that the project represents a conversation towards a sustainable Africa-Europe mobility partnership, leveraging creativity to envision future innovations.

The exhibition, titled Echoes of Renaissance in the Hues of Africa, will open to the public from September 17 to 29, posing the question of how Africa and Europe can collaboratively design the future.
