HYT Consulting Trains Women for Sales Roles in Nigeria

HYT Consulting successfully completed a five-day Employability Bootcamp from October 5 to 9, 2026, at its training facility in Lagos. The bootcamp trained 30 young women, equipping them with practical competencies for sales roles in Nigeria's financial services industry and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
This initiative is part of the Talent Technology Service (TTS) Nigeria Programme, led by Tech4Dev in partnership with Univelcity, Semicolon, and the Policy Innovation Centre, with support from the Mastercard Foundation. The TTS Nigeria Programme aims to train 30,000 Nigerian women aged 18–35 and connect at least 25,000 to dignified employment opportunities in various technology-related roles.
Folusho Odegbaike, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HYT Consulting, emphasized the importance of closing the gap between young people's talent and the competencies needed in the workplace. The programme focuses on enhancing women's employability, which contributes to a stronger workforce and economic participation.
