Abbo Declares Integrity in Adamawa Healthcare Manifesto

Abbo, the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate for Adamawa, asserted his integrity by stating, “I am not a corrupt man,” during the unveiling of a healthcare manifesto designed for the 2027 governorship election. The manifesto outlines a comprehensive healthcare delivery plan that aims to establish Adamawa as Africa's premier health and medical hub.

Key components of the project include the establishment of a medical industrial park, which will host world-class pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and manufacturing firms. The initiative is projected to require an investment of N700 billion and is expected to create 125,000 direct and indirect jobs.

Abbo criticized opposing proposals as unrealistic and emphasized that the project is achievable with determination and leadership free from corruption. He also described the initiative as foundational to the Adamawa industrialization plan for 2027-2035, which aims to reduce industrial costs and accelerate project delivery across the state.
