Blogger Apologizes for False Claims About Soludo Family

Blogger Ejik Ofoegbu, owner of Igbo Time Magazine, issued a public apology for publishing false stories regarding Anambra State Governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo and his son, Ozonna Soludo. Ofoegbu admitted that the reports were entirely fabricated and not based on verified facts or credible sources.

The fabricated claims included assertions that Governor Soludo disowned his son and derogatory statements about the family. Ofoegbu acknowledged that the motivation behind these false reports was to attract online traffic for financial gain.

He expressed deep regret for his actions, accepting full responsibility for the misinformation published and the damage caused to the reputations of the Soludo family and the people of Anambra State. Ofoegbu's statement included a full retraction of the false claims and a commitment to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
