Oluremi Tinubu Calls for Support for President's Second Term

Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, called on Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu's administration, advocating for a second four-year term to complete their plans for the country. Speaking during her visit to Imo State, she addressed supporters and Catholic women, stating that the Tinubu administration began working immediately upon taking office and would continue its efforts to improve Nigeria.

She remarked, “By the grace of God, we will all finish our eight years,” while clarifying that there would be no third term, only a request for a second term. Oluremi Tinubu emphasized the administration's commitment to progress, saying, “We hit the ground running,” and asked for prayers from the Catholic mothers for the President.

She expressed her personal motivation for working towards a better Nigeria, stating, “I want to enjoy Nigeria in old age,” and noted that she would be turning 66 this month.
