Class of 1981 Donates Modern Toilet to Igwebuike School

On Thursday, the Class of 1981 from Igwebuike Grammar School Awka officially commissioned an ultra-modern toilet facility aimed at improving sanitation and health conditions for students. The ceremony was attended by members of the Igwebuike Grammar School Old Boys Association, with Chief Sir Nnamdi Nwobu, the President General, describing the project as a shining example of alumni commitment to educational development.

The facility was conceived and funded by the class, with leadership from Chief Felix Okwu. Nwobu emphasized that the project would significantly improve hygiene standards within the school, promoting health and dignity for students and staff.

The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to upgrade educational infrastructure in public schools across Anambra State. The alumni association has undertaken several infrastructural projects in recent years, including classroom renovations and administrative building upgrades.

The completion of the toilet facility coincides with plans to construct a mini stadium within the school premises, requiring further support from stakeholders to realize these ambitious projects.
