Ikeja Hotel Plc AGM: Dividends Approved for 2024 and 2025
Ikeja Hotel Plc held its 48th and 49th Annual General Meetings on July 20, 2026, at Sheraton Lagos Hotel, where members passed resolutions covering financial accounts, dividends, auditor appointments, and director remuneration. The filing discloses dividend approvals of 15 kobo per share for 2024 and 30 kobo per share for 2025, both subject to withholding tax.
Ikeja Hotel Plc convened its 48th and 49th Annual General Meetings on July 20, 2026, at Sheraton Lagos Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. Members received and approved the audited financial accounts for the years ended December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2025.
On dividends, members approved a payment of 15 kobo per ordinary share for the 2024 financial year and 30 kobo per ordinary share for the 2025 financial year, both subject to withholding tax. The joint external auditors, Messrs Ugochukwu, Ike & Co and Ahmed Zakari & Co, were re-appointed, with the Board authorised to fix their remuneration for 2026.
Three shareholder representatives — Messrs Ajani Wahab Abidoye, Lukmon Adesola, and Peter Eyanuku — were appointed to the statutory audit committee, alongside Board members Alhaji Abatcha Bulama and Mr. Toke Alex Ibru.
On director remuneration, members fixed Directors' fees at ₦18,500,000 and approved other expenses — including sitting allowances, seasonal gifts, health insurance, and travel — at ₦168,940,976, effective January 1, 2025. The combined director remuneration package totals approximately ₦187,440,976.
