Ikeja Hotel Plc Final Dividend 2025 AGM Date Announced
Ikeja Hotel Plc has filed an updated corporate actions announcement covering its final dividend declaration for the financial year ended 31st December 2025. The filing details the qualification date, register closure period, payment date, and the scheduled Annual General Meeting.
Ikeja Hotel Plc has announced a final dividend of 30 kobo per share of 50 kobo nominal value for the financial year ended 31st December 2025, subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The qualification date for dividend eligibility is Friday, July 3, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at that date are eligible. The Register of Shareholders was closed from Monday, July 6, 2026 to Friday, July 10, 2026.
Dividend payment is scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026, and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions to pay directly into their bank accounts.
Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration are directed to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from https://greenwichregistrars.com or contact their banks. The company also noted the existence of unclaimed dividend warrants and share certificates and directed affected shareholders to contact the registrar.
