Abbo Promises to End Boko Haram Attacks in Nine Months

Ishaku Abbo, the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate for Adamawa State, declared his commitment to ending Boko Haram attacks within nine months of taking office if elected in the 2027 gubernatorial elections. During grassroots engagements with youth in Yola and Guyuk, Abbo emphasized his intention to make Adamawa a model state for governance.

He pledged to establish industries capable of generating 1.3 million direct and indirect jobs over six years. Furthermore, Abbo promised to significantly increase the state's internally generated revenue (IGR) from the current ₦20 billion annually to ₦1 trillion within seven years.

He urged citizens not to miss the opportunity to vote for him, asserting that his administration would lay a solid foundation for the future of Adamawa State.
